During his 20 years in the insurance industry, Adam Berg has focused on the complexities of the employee benefits and insurance marketplaces. Today at Madison Hill Benefits, Adam manages a practice comprised of high net-worth Individuals, corporate executives and small to mid-size companies in the Tri-State area. He helps his corporate clients understand the factors driving the benefit cost, develops strategies to increase value and fosters an environment of exceptional client service. His expertise spans back to the first wave of dot com startups that formed the original Silicon Alley to working with the next generation of NYC startups. This diverse insurance background in corporate benefits and insurance planning can help young startups take their business to the next level. Adam’s combination of experience, professionalism and access to a wide variety of products and services can help companies and individuals meet their financial goals and insurance needs.
Adam lives in New Jersey with his wife, Shari and their three children, Jason, Lindsey and Ryan. When not focused on insurance, Adam can be found crossfitting, coaching LL baseball/basketball or watching his beloved Badgers.

Amanda's passion for employee benefits and lengthy record of insurance industry experience provides her with the insight, skills and determination to solve even the most difficult employee benefit dilemmas. Recognizing that no one approach is the right approach for every situation, her method involves thorough reviews, diligent research and an organized, well thought out, customized strategy. Amanda is a graduate of Fordham University and Brooklyn Law School. She lives in upstate New York with her husband Robert, son R.J. and dog Teddy. In her spare time, she enjoys visiting the local farms, reading and drink too much coffee.

Jeff is an accomplished Benefits manager with over 10 years of experience in employee benefits administration. With a strong background in Health, Life and Disability insurance he has successfully designed and implemented comprehensive benefits programs that enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Known for his strong communication skills, Jeff is passionate about educating employees on their benefit options, ensuring they understand and utilize the resources available to them fully. He believes that a robust benefits program is essential to fostering a positive workplace culture and driving overall organizational success. Outside of work Jeff can be found on a Lacrosse field or gym watching and coaching his two boys.
